Whether you are browsing, purchasing, or using our Products, your access signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, effective upon posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Products constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.

Reverse engineering, tampering, or attempting to bypass any security features of the Products.
Using the Products in ways that could harm the Company, other users, or third parties.
We reserve the right to limit or revoke your access to the Products if you violate any of these terms.
6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Any content you submit to the Site or Products, including feedback or reviews, must comply with our terms. You grant the Company a license to use, distribute, and display your content as part of the Site or Products. You retain ownership of your content but waive any claims against the Company for its use.
7. WARRANTY FOR HARDWARE PRODUCTS
We provide a standard limited warranty for our hardware Products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the hardware Product or provide a refund.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modifications.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by external factors such as water, fire, or physical impact.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Company, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the Product that gives rise to the claim.
9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Site or Products or your violation of this Agreement or the rights of any third party.
10. MODIFICATION OR DISCONTINUATION OF PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any Products or services at any time without notice. In such cases, we may offer a comparable product or issue a refund.
11. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and our policies, we shall use commercially reasonable efforts to attempt to provide services on 24/7 basis. You acknowledge and agree that from time to time this Site or Products may be inaccessible for any reason including, but not limited to, periodic maintenance, repairs or replacements that we undertake from time to time, or other causes beyond our control including, but not limited to, interruption or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links or other failures.
You acknowledge and agree that we have no control over the availability of services on a continuous or uninterrupted basis, and that we assume no liability to you or any other party with regard thereto.
12. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS
Company makes no representation or warranty that the content available on this Site or Products are appropriate in every country or jurisdiction, and access to this Site or Products from countries or jurisdictions where its content is illegal is prohibited. Users who choose to access this Site or Products are responsible for compliance with all local laws, rules and regulations.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of Lithuania, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
