SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. SHIPPING

Processing Time
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to track your package online.

Delivery Issues
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing an order. Inovacijos Sportui, MB is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details. In the case of an undeliverable package, the customer may be charged for reshipping or may forfeit the order depending on the circumstances. Please verify your information carefully before confirming your purchase.

Combining Orders
We advise adding all the items you want to purchase into one shopping cart before placing your order, as we are unable to group goods from separate carts. Each order will have its own shipping charges applied.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Customs duties, taxes, and any other import fees may apply to international shipments outside the EU. These costs are not included in the shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s import policies for more information.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout, but we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other external factors.

2. RETURNS

Return Period
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your hardware to Inovacijos Sportui, MB within 14 working days from the date of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. All returns must meet the conditions outlined below.

Condition of Returned Goods
Items being returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return. We recommend keeping the original packaging for the duration of the return period to ensure the product can be securely returned.

Return Shipping Costs
The sender is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not refund the original shipping charges, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, please contact us at inovacijos.sportui@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send the item(s) back without prior authorization.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they are in their original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different one, please follow the return process above and specify that you would like to make an exchange. If the requested product is of a different value, we will either issue a refund or charge the difference accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Opened software or digital products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at inovacijos.sportui@gmail.com with details and, if possible, photographic evidence of the damage. We will provide instructions on returning the product at no cost to you and offer a replacement or refund.
